Configure & add the shortcode

Frequently Asked Questions
Is GrowthInvoices free?
Yes. The core plugin gives you the full invoicing app — invoices, quotes, clients, products, the tax engine and reports — at no cost and with no per-document fees.
Do I need WooCommerce?
No. GrowthInvoices is fully standalone with its own data tables, so it runs on any WordPress 6.4+ site (PHP 8.1+) without WooCommerce or any other dependency.
Is it VeriFactu compliant?
It’s VeriFactu-ready: invoices are immutable, numbering is gap-free and every change is logged. Direct submission to the AEAT is on the roadmap (Phase 6, hash chaining and QR) and not included yet.
Can I edit an invoice after issuing it?
No — and that’s by design. Issued invoices can’t be edited or deleted; you cancel them or issue a rectificative invoice. This keeps your records legally sound and audit-ready.
Who owns my data?
You do — completely. Clients, documents and payments live in your own WordPress database. Nothing is sent to a third-party SaaS, and uninstall data purge is strictly opt-in.
Who can access it?
Access requires login plus the manage_growth_invoices capability, in both wp-admin and the front-end app — so you control exactly who can manage billing.
